Change Management

We assess the existing organizational structure, internal business processes, resources, and external environmental factors of our clients’ organizations and deliver fast, accurate and highly-functional change programs. Using best industry practices together with our own know-how and unique capabilities we consistently find the right answer for the ever changing business realities in today’s globalized world.

Without change, every company is doomed to failure in a long term.

In order to be competitive, every company (from the smallest to the biggest one) needs to change. It imposes itself on improving things, taking new initiatives, introducing new technologies, taking a course of development in unfamiliar directions.

There are two major kinds of organizational change; change imposed by circumstances and change that is planned and adopted to encourage growth or improvement. This applies to both individuals and large-scale enterprise organizations. Our change management systems are designed to help our clients plan for change instead of react to it. As Tony Blair once said, “Ideals survive through change. They die through inertia in the face of challenge”.

Navigating the sometimes bumpy waters of change can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be if you plan and prepare accordingly. That’s where implementing an effective change management process can help.

When we talk to our clients about change, we are guided by John Kotter's (Professor of Leadership at Harvard Business School) 8-step model for change management.

Successful change is not something that happens by itself. Organizations need a clear plan for how to manage and implement a wider change, and Kotter's eight-step model exactly helps.

If an organization adheres to the structure of Kotter's model, it will have a reliable and proven change management system available. A system that, like a road map, will set not only the direction but also every new step on the way to the ultimate goal.
