By working in the consulting industry for many years, we have encountered many obstacles and we have faced a number of difficulties caused by the traditional pattern of work imposed by the so-called “The Big 4” companies worldwide. The lack of flexibility, versatility, lack of focus and specialized knowledge, rapid expertise that never explores the problem in its depth, pre-defined solutions to clients' problems set in a single framework, lack of individual approach to clients are only a part of the symptoms of the problems we face.
